In the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram, all the stars are registered in the database.
Here you can see a direct relationship between luminosity and mass and also diameter of a star.
The stars are in 8 luminosity classes (life cycles) divided by Ia to VII, which can be read with reference to the evolution of a star.
The brown dwarfs with spectral types L, T and Y are also in the chart below the red dwarfs.
A few facts from O to M stars:
Surface temperature: 200000-2500 Kelvin
Luminosity: 5 million times the solar luminosity to 0.0000008
Weight: 100 to 0.07 solar masses
Diameter: 1000 to 0.07 solar diameter
Age:
few million to 200 billion years
Final stage: black hole, neutron star or white dwarf star (VII)
In the file 'sterne2.txt' in the program folder contains the names of the stars that appear in the chart. You can edit this file.
